Dini :   Hi, Elsa. You look fabulous today and I think you’re getting prettier

    every day. How can you do that?

Elsa :   Oh, come on Dini. It’s just plain old me.

Dini :   No, I mean it. I really envy you. How do you keep up your

    appearance?

Elsa :   Nothing special. I just pay extra care to my physical fitness.

Dini :   Physical fitness? Do you mean like working out in a gym?

Elsa :   That too, but I mean physical fitness as a whole.

Dini :   What do you mean?

Elsa :   You have to combine sports with eating right-lots of vegetables, fruits

            and drink a lot of water. It will also be a good idea to reduce your

    stress level.

Dini :   Is that all?

Elsa :   I recomend that you must get enough sleep as well.

Dini :   OK, I will do it. Elsa, do you have any plans for tonight?

Elsa :   “I will be cooking in the kitchen at 7.30 pm tonight” She said. What

             about you, Dini?

Dini :   “I am studying English tonight” Dini said. Do you know about Jihan

            gossip?

            School.
